EVALUATION ON
NMCP ADVISER PROJECT NMCP
- application No. 20469 A BG The Resource
Center Foundation evaluates as extremely useful and in time the
implementation of the Project No. 20469 A BG in cooperation with
NMCP. The NMCP expert - Gen. J. H. De Kleyn visited the Resettlement
program and evaluated its implementation in the most crucial time -
few months after its full establishment. It is of utmost
importance for the Foundation to receive an independent review and
evaluation of the practical issues of the Program implementation as
well as the correlation of obligations and responsibilities of the
partners of the Foundation in the Program. The assessment made by
the NMCP expert on the Program coordinators work and the cooperation
with the MoD representatives is important for the future Program
execution as well as in view of the Donors requirements for the
Program implementation. The RC
Foundation accepts all the shared by Gen. De Kleyn suggestions for
improvement of our work as well as his views on the program
expansion and regional cooperation. It is our firm belief that the
provided professional input by Gen de Kleyn is of substantial
importance for the Program for which we are very grateful. The meetings
and discussions, which Gen. De Kleyn had with MoD, General Staff
representatives were useful for identifying the scope for further
improvement of the role and activities of the state institutions. The discussion
with the NATO Defense Attaches accredited in Sofia was of importance
identifying the overall interest and substantial support that NATO
is ready to offer for the successful implementation of the Program. The Visit
clearly indicated the need for further expanding the scope for
cooperation and follow up visit by Gen. De Kleyn accompanied most
probably by other experts in the fields suggested by him. The Resource Center Foundation sincerely appreciates the visit of Gen. De Kleyn - NMCP expert and looks forward for further development of our cooperation. |
