corruption as a part of the public administration reform.
Easing public mistrust in relation to specific problems;

public debates on problems of social import, developing
alternative solutions of specific problems by expert teams;

human rights, risk groups and unfavoured groups.
Economy

participation in the preparation of regional development
plans;

small businesses through the provision of information and
consultancy services;

alternatives and public debate of economic regulatory
mechanisms;

regional problems through the identification of the
interests of various social strata and the mobilization of
resources for their settlement;

municipal project budgeting. The budgeting can be made under

financing commitment upon the conclusion of the development

project funding from local businesses or corporate donors;

of international donors;

generating sustainable projects: publishing projects,
