Central Public Register for Non-Profit Legal Entities for
public benefit activities under the Ministry of Justice;

activities in the sphere of education, healthcare, social
services etc., through a change of the legislation
concerning the implementation of activities of public
benefit and their assigning through public errands;
Synchronizing the Bulgarian Legislation with the
Legislation of E.U.;
Improving the Internal Legislation of Non-Profit
Legal Entities and the management of quality as a process
of work;
Monitoring and Evaluation of programs, projects
and organizations;
Chartered accountants in help of Non-Profit Legal
Entities for public benefit activities concerning the
control of their activities or the audit of their annual
financial reports;
Co-operation with the media for a change of the
public attitudes towards the Third Sector.
